Environmental Air Systems is seeking a motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing team. As an installer, you'll be responsible for installing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems while delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, and other HVAC equipment.
• Remove and replace existing HVAC systems safely and efficiently.
• Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, thermostats, and related components.
• Test system performance and ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience required (residential and light commercial preferred).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and installation best practices.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
